******************* What is Xtatin?
It's a file for Access 2.00 that  it could have two purposes:
1. Manage a secretariat for summer activity (Summer Center)
2. An example diverged from the usual for teach Access.

******************* Xtatin is it shareware?
Not only! You could copy it, spread it, alter it like you want. The unique conditions that you must respect are:
1. Maintain the card of publicity with my name (Zen Vittore- for a few of personal pride); if you want could add yours but don't remove mine.
2. Send me a postcard (beautiful) of your city (very handsome) with a your comment on the program.
Note: Memory that Xtatin is free but not Access (it is inferior to all the restrictions of the MS programs).

Currently Xtatin is written in Italian language. I in these months am preparing a release in English tongue (if other encouragements arrive me).

It's very simpler illustrates you from where it has borne. You from this will understand like it function.

******************* Why Xtatin?
In the 1985 began to Udine (Italy) a Summer Center (called Summer Boys) with around 100 boys from the 10 to the 14 years. Currently each summer there is around 1200 boys. For this is necessary have a strong program for the management of the secretariat and of the files.
Summer Boys function more or minus as:
During the first days of June the boy enrolls:
- Chooses two activity among the many available (operative Activity, painting on glass, painting on chalk, athletics, kick, rollerblade, skate, basket, volleyball, dance, theater.)
- Delivery to the organization all the personal data
The organization releases a card with all the included data:
- Name and family name
- The personal data
- you select activity
- you series of affiliation (the boys have divided in series according to the year of birth for the plays of the afternoon)
- The team of which he becomes part
- The personnel bar code.
For the five weeks of July this will be the document of identification of the boy to the inland of the Summer Center.
The secretariat deals the data of the animators also: their name is easily made forestall from a "A.."
Of all the activities strips, lists, must be stamped. for a quantity that extends to the infinity!
Each week there are then the trips. The boy comes to enroll with the own card. The optic pen resolves the problem of the pace. They to the same time must be possible inscriptions for those persons that don't have the card (to example: parents that accompany the son in trip).
Also in this case must be figured strips to don't finish... for don't speak then of the changes of bus (boys that for varied demands must be moved from a bus to an other).
To this a big quantity of extra information is added that they must be available in real time:
- Birthdays of the day;
- Statistics on the affiliate;
- Lists of addresses;
- Copies of certainty on diskette

In few words: Xtatin does all this!


Note: Xtatin has arrived the his third birthday. An adult is not still but is already a young man from the strong shoulders. The next year will bring more greater loads. We for this year have added: management by means of bar code and capability of net use of the program.
